Wake up, Mr. President. We’re in a Cold War, by Oliver L. North and David L. Goetsch

On Tuesday, September 21, President Joe Biden showed the world that he was adrift from reality. In his rambling address to the 76th session of the United Nations General Assembly, our President mumbled a wide range of topics: the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change and human rights. To solve all of these “global problems”, he pledged more US tax dollars to the UN. He should have stopped there.

Instead, Biden went on to make a stunning statement. Without uttering the word China, he proclaimed, “We are not looking for a new cold war or a world divided into rigid blocks.

This claim confirms how out of touch he really is. The allies of the United States must have thought, “Wake up, Mr. Biden, your country is already in a cold war with China and America is losing. Our adversaries must be thinking, “This American has no ‘situational awareness.’ Hopefully he will be re-elected in 2024. “

Biden’s “no cold war” comments certainly pleased the delegation of the People’s Republic of China to the UN. After all, Sun Tzu, the legendary Chinese military strategist, wrote in the 5th century BC: It’s easier to win a war when your opponent doesn’t realize he’s already at war.

The PRC has made it clear that its ambition is world domination. They are pursuing this end much more effectively than the Soviet leadership did during 45 years of East-West struggle – the First Cold War. Xi Jinping, the “life president” of Communist China, aims to avoid Soviet mistakes and has devised a comprehensive three-part plan to win the New Cold War.

The primary goal of Jinping’s plan is to achieve overwhelming military force – a goal now within reach. Their annual military budget has increased every year for more than two decades. The PRC now has the largest army in the world. According to Military Direct, Communist China also has the most powerful armed forces in the world, based on a number of advanced ships, tanks, planes and technology.

The second element of the PRC’s plan is to use their “Belt and Road Initiative” to buy influence around the world. The Soviets, bereft of China’s financial means, used outright military threats and KGB blackmail to coerce the leaders of the Second and Third Worlds into satellite Soviet republics.

Communist China will only use threats and coercion when all else fails. Hong Kong, Taiwan and their armed and man-made islands in the South China Sea are proof of this.

The third part of the PRC’s strategy is to use “foreign investment capital”, stolen intellectual property and trade violations to make Communist China the most powerful economy in the world. Jinping knows that former President Ronald Reagan broke the economic back of the “evil empire” to bring down the Soviet Union in the 1980s.

The PRC will of course continue to carry out propaganda, espionage and illegal trade activities against the United States and Europe. But elsewhere in Africa, Southwest Asia, Oceania and the Middle East, it’s all about acquiring minerals – rare earth minerals and even hydrocarbons – and real estate in strategic locations.

Communist China is emerging as the primary beneficiary of Biden’s evacuation from Afghanistan. With Pakistan’s help, the PRC intends to become the “owner” of Bagram Airfield, the best military installation in Southwest Asia.

Jinping and his Beijing Politburo are counting on Biden’s adherence to the Green New Deal and his tax and spending policies to push the US economy into second place.

There is only one way to prevent this from happening. Every God-fearing American who wants to save our children and grandchildren from the evil designs of Communist China must contact their congressional representative and two US senators and insist that they vote “no” on Biden’s dystopian future.
